Recap of Day 3: I actually felt healed yesterday. Not to sound hoaxy, but I said that to my husband last night, that the heavy band of fog that laid over my eyes that makes me feel as though I might fall asleep standing up and utter complete inability to think was lifted. It was exciting to feel normal if only for a day. I will take whatever I can get. Another positive side note, my bloat has subsided completely, no 7pm "6 months pregnant" look. Let's hope both stick around for good!
Day 4: Well it's 6am as I type and that non-tired thing isn't existing at this exact moment. But I am optimistic that I will feel good again today. After my 3 powerful reads I know for sure mind, body and spirit are all working together. Which reminds me...I have yet to jump on the trampoline yet. Goal for the day!
On the menu tonight...mango salsa wraps, let's see how that goes.
