  • Blueberry Yum Smoothie: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 Medjool date, 1/4 avocado, 1 handful leafy greens, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • Glow Baby Glow Smoothie: 1 medium carrot, 1/2 orange, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, 1/2 frozen banana, 2 T cashews, 1 cup almond milk
  • Antioxidant Booster Smoothie: 1/3 cup frozen strawberries, 1/3 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 orange, 1 Tablespoon chia seeds, handful of leafy greens, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
  • Apple Pie Smoothie: 1 green apple, 1 Medjool date, 1 frozen banana, 2 Tablespoons almonds, pinch of cinnamon, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Berry Banana Bliss Smoothie: 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 T almond butter, 1 handful leafy greens, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Mango Green Smoothie: 1/2 frozen banana, 1/3 cup frozen mango, 1/3 cup frozen broccoli, 1 Tablespoons chia seeds, 1 1/2 cups coconut water, 1 handful of leafy greens
